Roland-BunceMOVE over Brad Pitt there's a new hunk in town – and he's an overweight, red-haired, computer student.

Because Roland Bunce, 24, has cleaned-up in a major online search for Britain's next top model, picking up a staggering 66,000 votes.

He entered a Make Me The Next Model competition, run by UK clothing chain Next, in a bid to win £2000 ($3219).

But an army of online pranksters noticed his bid and began voting for him.

He swept the board - the second place contestant garnered just 89 votes, 65,011 less than Roland.

The computer science student attracted thousands of fans on Facebook, and also a huge Twitter following with voters hoping his victory will break the conventional beauty barrier.

Roland also wins a professional photo shoot and an introduction to top modelling agency Storm.
