fruit-gumsFRUIT gums have been given the thumbs-up as one of the 'five-a-day' fruits which nutritionists say humans require to maintain optimum health.

However, fans of the famous confectionery would need to eat 195 Fruit Gums for it to count as one of their five-a-day, which may horrify dentists.
To eat almost 200 Fruit Gums you would need to get through 11.5 tubes, costing £7.08 ($11) and containing 1,955 calories.

An standard orange costs about 30p.
