APPLE boffins are working on a system which will prevent IPHONE users from filming live concerts.

Video sharing sites like YouTube have millions of unauthorised clips of gigs from bands like TAKE THAT and LADY GAGA to opera stars like KATHERINE JENKINS.

But if a patent application filed by Apple outlines plans to introduce technology which disable an  iPhone if it was used for filming.

The process would use infra-red sensors in the venue hall.

However the technology will come as a huge blow to rock fans who own iPhones and like to capture  snippets of gigs for their own use.
