The N-Dubz singer, 23, claimed the tape showed an "intimate moment" with ex Justin Edwards. And she said that the DJ, aka MC Ultra had "betrayed" her by posting the X-rated video online. She said: "I am devastated, heartbroken.
"When you share an intimate moment with someone that you love and trust you never imagine for one minute that footage may at any point be shared with the rest of the UK."
The film, from a high-quality camera phone, shows Tulisa performing a sex act for over six minutes.
An internet firm charged viewers £3.90 to download it on Monday but the site was suspended several hours later.
Tulisa posted a video apology on YouTube called The Truth About The Tape, linked from her Twitter account. In it she twice held up photos of her and Justin — who she went out with for several years from the age of 17.
One showed them on holiday together on the island of Kos in Greece. She claimed: "This is the person, Justin Edwards aka Ultra, who is my ex-boyfriend, that has put it online, who is the other person on the tape."
Justin used his Twitter account @officialultra to deny her claims.
He tweeted: "It's nothing to do with me. #backtowork."
