A TEENAGER leapt from the window of a moving car on a busy three lane highway – and miraculously lived to tell the tale.

The man climbed out of the passenger window on the unspecified British road and leapt into the next lane.

He is seen rolling perilously close to the wheels of another vehicle before amazingly managing to scramble to his feet and run to the verge.

The insane stunt sparks manic laughter from his friends who filmed the entire thing.
