lady-gaga-nudeA NAKED Lady Gaga may not be so shocking – but a natural, normal, make-up free Lady gaga?

But that's the look the mega-star has gone for in her new video for the song, You And I.

The vid, called Haus Of U featuring Nymph, is actually the first of a series of 'fashion films' from the 25-year-old star.

The singer strips off to just a simple silk slip and sexily shows off her toned and lithe figure as she poses on the floor with her back arched.

But the biggest shock is that Lady Gaga is completely without her trademark Lady Gaga make-up, instead opting for a natural and fresh faced look and wearing her hair long and flowing.

At the end of the clip, Gaga stands in front of the camera, holding her long hair piled on top of her head as colour streams onto the screen for the first time - blushing her cheeks pink and sending he hair a bright yellow.

The fashion film, as Gaga has named them, is the first of five she made at the same time as the music video for You And I and the remaining four will be released over the coming days.

Recently Gaga has faced a bit of a backlash from several professional critics

Famed New York Times fashion critic Cathy Horyn recently lashed out at the star in one of her columns.

And she has faced a slew of online 'haters' who accuse her of using gimmicks to cover-up her intrinsically 'plain' or even 'ugly' looks.

But fans have hit back.

EthanPickle wrote on YouTube: “I love how natural and toned down she looks in the video. i mean i love all the crazy costumes and such. but its nice for her to expose her natural beauty. Gaga is truly beautiful.”

And LauraKate1996 added: “This is why I love her so much. She can pull off the most insane, out-of-this-world outfits with elaborate makeup and hair... or she can wear something as simple as a dress and a touch of eyeshadow. She always looks beautiful.”
