Paula-Suzuki-230SHE is now in semi-retirement but bodybuilder and powerlifter Paula Suzuki is credited with having the most extreme waist to shoulder ratio ever.

The  5ft 2ins bodybuilder from Hawai is the daughter of a powerlifter and enthusiastically took up daddy's sport.

The years of pumping heavy iron, coupled with the tough bodybuilder's diet won her a teeny 23” waist matched with a 50” shoulder girth – and one of the greatest female physiques in the sport of bodybuilding.

She still lives in Honolulu but today she says her days of massive muscularity are 'a long time ago'.

Now 42, and married, she said: “I lost my 'workout groove' and haven't been able to get it back. If anyone finds it, please return it to me!

“I'm an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder, powerlifter and former strongwoman competitor. I lost my workout groove & I'm trying to get it back .”

Despite winning the Ms USA 1995 middleweight division Paula's huge muscularity seemed to scare a lot of judges and she rarely placed in the top three at competitions.

Describing her appearance at the 2001 Ms International one web journalist for bodybuilding site said: “Paula Suzuki is simply huge at this show, even with her relatively short stature, she qualified for the heavy weight division. The audience was just astounded and awestruck at her sheer size as she walked on stage.”

Paula's impressive powerlifting and bodybuilding achievements include:

2002 IFBB Masters Olympia And Jan Tana Pro 5th

2001 IFBB Arnold Classic And Internationals 10th

1999 IFBB Arnold Classic And Intermationals 17th

1998 IFBB Jan Tana Pro 6th

1997 IFBB Jan Tana Pro 10th
